Welcome to The CoziPlace
Our Century City holiday units comprise one- and two-bedroom apartments offering self-catering accommodation for couples, individuals, or a small family of four (a kid no older than 12 years stays for free). The double-bed-size one-bedroom is located at the Bougain Villas Estate, and the two-bedroom is at the Villa Italia Estate, a few minutes walk from the other, and the queen-bed-size luxury one-bedroom is in the modern Nine Palms Estate, all within high-security estates with 24/7 surveillance. We have a fourth unit that is a queen-bed-size one bedroom about 10-15 minutes away from Century City at the De Zicht Estate near Burgundy Estate, in Milnerton. All units are a few minutes away from the iconic Canal Walk in Century City, Cape Town, and 20 min drive from the Tyger Waterfront.
